Littleton, Colo., Updated Feb. 24, 2004 -- Executive
Support Systems to manage PediaPage development.
Thursday Feb. 26, PediaPage chose Executive Support Systems to manage an
operations move from a previous call and data center to its new hosting and
call center facility. PediaPage is a pediatrics physicians on call messaging
system. Ralph Corigliano, CIO of Executive Support Systems is heading up the
development and is re-designing the existing web application with Microsoft's
new .NET Framework. The possibilities, said Ralph, are endless when you combine
.NET with an application like PediaPage. It will benefit the pediatrics medical
community by providing easy access across different platforms including mobile
technology. It will take the physicians on call paging industry by storm, says
Ralph.
Dr. Dan Feiten who's brain child is PediaPage is very pleased to
see the experts at Executive Support Systems lead PediaPage's application
development to the next level. Their ideas and ingenuity are far reaching into
the cutting edge of technology said Dr. Dan. One thing that I really like about
ESS is that they have a lot of experience with developing these types of call
center focused systems. Early in the second quarter we plan to have PediaPage
integrated into Children's Hospital here in Denver and then push it out to more
hospitals later this year, said Dr. Dan, we are excited to be working towards
this goal.
You can check out PediaPage
on thier web site and find out more information on how to sign up your practice

Denver, Colo., Updated July. 27, 2005 -- Executive
Support Systems to integrate PediaPage and Children's Hospital
Wednesday July. 27, Executive Support Systems has architected the solution to
integrate the LVM System in Children's Hospital here in Denver, Colorado to the
PediaPage call center application. This will dramatically decrease the time it
takes to process calls to the Children's After Hours Triage Call Center, says
Dan Feiten, owner of PediaPage. What currently takes 5 to 10 minutes to process a
call manually will now be processed in under 1 minute. That is a very big improvement
in how calls are currently handled. Les Mortensen and Ben Roger's who are helping
to orchestrate the integration at LVM Systems in Mesa, Az. have been working
closely with ESS toward making PediaPage one of the first call center applications
to integrate directly with Children's Hospital in the country. The go live date
of the integration is due to take place on August 29, 2005.
